After Work Surfing

I'm trying to get more active, eat better and lose some weight. The easiest part of that is to just go surfing more. Acting on that, I decided I should be surfing at least three times a week - once or twice on the weekends and Wednesday or Friday after work seems to be the best times to get a few waves.


 I went out yesterday evening after work - lots of fun (with the benefits of an hour of paddling). I don't know why I don't do this more often (yes I do - check my other blog out - plants).
