Dawn Patrol - 3/15/2020

There was a lower tide this morning so the minimal swell worked better than what we observed yesterday evening.  The waves were breaking knee to thigh on the norm, with some waist high wave on the sets.  There was minimal wind and the cloud cover kept the crowd at bay for a little longer than normal.

I brought out the Viking and caught pretty much what ever I paddled for.  Small walls and a few sections to bounce turns off of made for a really fun morning.  It was a little bigger than it looked.  Marlon and I were actually debating if we should go out or not (glad we did).

Marlon was doing tricks and for an hour and a half surfing was super fun.  The crowd got thick after 8am and we called it.
