Instead of shaping No.33, I kept working on replacing the boxes on No.31
I got the old boxes out - of note, boxes that are not broken are very difficult to get out. After cutting, prying, pulling and even routing out the boxes, I cleaned out the slots to see how everything hardened up during the original build.
I had more time so I went ahead and poured some two part PU to fill in both slots.
And here it is all trimmed up.
Tomorrow I'll route the PU fill down, split the PU block, fit the PU blocks (I'm separating the single block to make use of the stringer), then get them epoxied in.
The hard part is done!
