Wing Foiling Session - 4/16/2022

Yesterday afternoon the wind had been blowing all through the day.  I figured it would only get stronger as the day went on - so I worked in the garage and spent time at home.  There had been clouds lingering, but the wind was still blowing.  Around 2:45, I figured it was the best time to go.

When I got there, the wind was far from what I thought it would be - on the barely enough to go side of the scale.  I rigged the biggest stuff I had (same as the previous few sessions) and gave it a go.

Harris looked like he was pretty much done.  Jim was headed to his car also.  Arvin had just gotten there also (he was pumping up his PPC 3.8).

This would have been a good day to try out the Kujira 1440.

You can see the dips in wind speed above on wind graph corresponding to the spots where I was just sitting in the water.

Fun time, but I wish I had gotten out there earlier (which I'll do today for sure).
