My Favorite Exhibit
The birds were cool but I liked the Sloth the best.
This animal was driving La nuts - "the advances of science and technology today, allows us to have animatronics like this" and "it's got to be fake - look how clean it is". She even grabbed one of the Aviary workers from their post and asked if the Sloth was alive or just an added feature to the exhibit. I like this Sloth ;)
You Can See Everything at the National Aviary
Good thing I had the "talk" already - makes times like this way less awkward and more a "circle of life" thing.

This is a Victoria Crowned Pigeon pair - apparently the largest species of pigeon in the world.
