Ono for Dinner Yesterday

Here's last night's dinner. Started with a block of ono (wahoo). This is actually my favorite fish to eat sashimi. And seared. And Poke!!! A little trimming, a little cubing, some seasoning and BAM!!! A magical bowl of ono poke dat broke da mouth!!! Eaten with some of La's mirin tofu and a little rice... there's not much nicer than this!!! And just to cement this fish fact for you, here is a haiku (no charge!!!)
