A little trimming, a little cubing, some seasoning and BAM!!! A magical bowl of ono poke dat broke da mouth!!!
Eaten with some of La's mirin tofu and a little rice... there's not much nicer than this!!!

Whenever I come to this place, I really admire this sculpture more and more.
Noe was with me while Marlon was checking out a music group with La. Yummy poke!!!
Stop by if you're in the area (and no I don't get paid by Nico's, I just eat there every now and again and happen to like the food - especially the Friday Special).
I miscalculated and left the ribs in for an hour and a half too long - some parts got too dry. There were still some great, juicy sections - but I need to work out a better formula for the smoking time (or drop the temp in the Big Green Egg down to 230 degrees F).
