Passing by the Pusser's Rum stand, you need to get a Painkiller. This was a 3X and wouldn't you know it - I didn't have any pain (until the rum wore off). If you don't get the title, google "grog" and "Lord Nelson". I do consider myself to be a sailor (because I sail, I own a sailboat, and I sail - did I say that already???), but grog is not something I partake of on nearly a frequent enough basis. Ahh rum and the pleasures it bestows (and the hangover you get for free the next day)...
