Late posting - I have no internet connection at my studio so my posting will be intermittent. While I was back in WA - we ate at a nice sushi restaurant in Olympia.
Isn't this some nice looking sushi?
I think if I could pick another career, I'd be an all inclusive fishing expedition guide - sailing the boat to get to the fishing grounds, guiding clients to fish and surf, making guotaku out of the fish caught, and then serving up some good looking sushi.
