Sunday morning at Hickam Flats - super low tide that comes with the New Moon. I like these tides the best because you get to study the structure that is normally covered up by water. The gravel and floor structure are full of holes and grab points - sources of frustration when fishing for bonefish in calf deep water (fly or jig gets caught in a grab point and you have no choice but to shlog through the water and unhook your lure - scaring everything in the process - even with water ninja stealth, the fish know you are there)
