Wing Foiling Session - 4/12/2022

Hit Hickam today after work.  Wind was up, but by 3pm it was a little lighter than it had been around noon.  5.2 SWX, Kujira 1210, WWFB - my current lighter (but still good) wind.

Made a beeline straight out, but got "semi" chased in by a boat pulling security for an op.  After they cleared the channel marker, Harris and I went back out.

The point where the runs converged sits between two small mooring lines that are set up to hold boats.  When the wind is blowing and the waves are up, the mooring points are more like foil traps.

On this zoom in, you can see the wider outside jibes I make so I can line up with the incoming waves.  I had a few really good ones where I stuck to the pocket.

This wind was perfect for the 5.2 and the 1210.

Lots of time up on foil today.
