Happy Birthday Dad!!!
Marlon and I hit WPB after I got home from work. The swell was less than waist high, the tide was pretty low and there was a chop on the water from the wind (which seemed to be onshore - land breeze).
I brought out the skinny 4'10" with the GL180 and the No.9 rear stabilizer. Marlon brought out his longboard.
With the crowd more manageable than it has been in quite some time, I was actually having fun. With the tide low I didn't push my luck going in too far, or even pumping back out in case I lost lift and came down off foil.
Some waves are better than no waves, so this was a good session.
