Marlon and I hit the dawn patrol at WPB. I thought we'd beat the wind if we went super early, but I was wrong. It was up and was putting texture on the water - but not much more than that. The tide was low at 0.3' and the waves were fun - some leftover chest high sets, but mostly waist high.
I brought out the Viking - and it did not disappoint.
Marlon was over on the other side by Fenceline so I didn't see many of his waves. After today the surf is supposed to back down to just background swell... time to work in the garage and in the yard.
It's been a while since I've dawn patrolled - I forgot how nice the morning sky can be.
