Refining the Rear Stabilizer

Yesterday I opted to forego an ocean session.  Instead I knocked out a bunch of work in the garage.  I finished Ken's board repair, I sorted through a bunch of Armstrong stuff I'm going to try and sell.  I skinned the new wing foiling board blank.  And I figured I should try to finish some of the reworked rear stabilizers.

Dialing these in is a royal PITA!  Grind, measure, shim, tighten, repeat.  The new versions (I have made a few more new ones, and rehabbed a few others) are really thin at the tips and foiled more front to back.  The shapes are the same as before.
