I got the footstrap inserts placed this morning. This time around I wanted to try something out. I used patches of 6oz cloth as liners.
I had sanded off the tabs on the inserts, then placed epoxy inside the inserts, then put them in place. These should be nice and strong now.
Tomorrow I'll rout out the big hole for the mast track reinforcement block, and will try to get that epoxied in place.
