I hit Lowes yesterday afternoon, picked up another 10" jigsaw blade and came home to cut out the boards from the rectangular blanks.
The nice thing about using these purpose built blanks is I won't have to take a bunch of excess foam off. I'd say these are already 85% dialed in. I'll adjust the entry rocker, take down the bottom rails and lightly round the top rails.
I know there is something inside of these off cuts... at minimum a couple of extra large hand planes...
