Lunch Session - 5/3/2020

Almost the same conditions as yesterday - windy, smallish swell (even smaller than yesterday), and high tide.

The P18W did not feel any less stable than the Kai tail, but it was faster.  It also seems to pump faster.  I wasn't really able to pump out to any waves - too small and inconsistent - but this setup seems to have the potential.

I did take a reef hit - towards the end of the fuselage and pedestal connection.  That's a really weird spot to take a hit.  I'll keep an eye on that spot and see if I need to address it (epoxy with milled fibers and black pigment, sand, and cover with clear coat.  Or not.
