After cooking dinner and cleaning up, I got out to the garage and did some work.
First up was sanding the edges of the laminated carbon patch.
Then I got the first fill coat on. I'm pretty sure I'll have to put at least one more down to get an level surface.
And I got the urge to glue up these offcuts to get another blank lined up. Gorilla Glue works perfectly in this scenario - shapes just like the surrounding foam.
And this is the template that will go on this blank. No.36 will be another Foil Drive board - but with all the power that the Max has, I figure I can pull in the tail a bit, and possibly make an inset for the drive unit.
We'll see how that goes - gotta finish laminating Matt's board first.
